OTHER  INFORMATION
LBOH's Rainbow Connection web page
This is the original LBOH web site, as viewed on October 20, 1999. It shows that LBOH was claiming Poogie was alive and well and still insulin-dependent at that time. This page, and their self-described adoption and rescue practices don't quite match one visitor's experience.

Pets & People, on its "A Response to the Inernt Rumors" infers this page may be doctored since LBOH was shut down years ago and that web site gone.  We have never claimed this was other than a page downloaded from the LBOH site on October 20, 1999.  It's time consuming enough maintaining our own pages without altering someone else's!

Early Warnings
"We started keeping an eye on Bev and Marci and what they were doing." Nancy Mayes, November 09, 1999
How Do you Explain All the Other Incidents?
"Even if Susan were making the whole Poogie and Albert story up, how do you explain all the other incidents reported ? ... "S. McClure 1/16/2000
Birds of a Feather
BIRDS OF A FEATHER - Only 3 people came forward in support of LBOH - Gloria Freeman, Sheila Noble/Gwin and Karen Franklin.  A suprise visit revealed to Karen that conditions were as described in these pages, and worse, and reported Greenwood & Chatfield to the Board of Health.  Subsequently Chatfield disappeared and Greenwood relocated to a house in Meridian owned by Pat Gonser of Pets & People.
Questions that went unanswered
In the early days, many attempts were made to resolve the issues that were causing so many in the rescue community so much concern. They were ignored.
Move to Bogue Chitto - 2002
May 19, 2002 - "Beverly Greenwood, assisted by her minor-daughter Monique Huval, is now setting up business in Bogue Chitto, Mississippi.  For the present it appears that they are operating with the assistance of the 4-H Club in Lincoln County and using the name "People 'N Pets" (rather than "Pets & People).
