This notice of foreclosure of the property Greenwood has been occupying as the Pets & People's "hospice" and "training facility" appeared in THE MERIDIAN STAR on November 27, 2001, and December 11, 2001.  Anyone wishing to verify the legitimacy of this can do so by contacting the newspaper.

As a result, of course, they must relocate.  Greenwood's daughter has stated they are moving to Texas but it is felt by many that they are moving to Brookhaven, Mississippi.   In keeping with their pattern, and as they did when the left Ovett, MS, they are dumping the majority of their current collection of dogs onto rescue groups.

In addition, on December 14, 2001, Pat Gonser requested monies on the internet she stated would be used towards the treatment of an injured dog.  She would not give the name and address of the veterinarian to whom the money for this dog should be sent.
