MORE DECEPTION

On October 1, 1999, a visitor to LBOH was deliberately
shown a Pekingese and was clearly told that the dog was Poogie, the diabetic
poodle. Now it's happening again, this time to two rescue Pugs given to
LBOH by rescuer Hollie Adcock.
On November 23rd, LBOH sent this photo to Hollie in response
to her requests for evidence that the two Pugs were healthy and still living
at LBOH.
Although
LBOH acknowledges Hollie's ties to the pugs, even naming the female after
Hollie's daughter, they largly ignored her requests until last week. The
tiny photo didn't ease Hollie's concerns, so she shared it with some friends,
hoping someone could enhance or enlarge it to show more detail.
Eventually another Pug rescuer recognized the image, and
promised to research it. Thanks to some sharp eyes and good memories, the
very same photo was found on the Pug Web
Page. The photo is accompanied by the true names of the dogs, the email
address of their owner, and a copyright statement. It is an identical image,
despite the fact that the photo LBOH sent to Hollie was renamed to autumnissac1.jpg.
When confronted with this, they advised Holly the photo was one they'd
been sent as a joke and forwarded this photo as an actual photo of
Isaac:
On learning she'd been deceived, Hollie wrote: "I have
BEGGED them for the truth, in every way... I want to know where they are,
if they found them homes fine, I just wany to know they are ok. WHY LIE
TO ME AND EVERYONE ELSE" Why indeed. Why again. Whose dog is this going
to happen to next?
This is the photo Beverly and Marcie
sent Hollie Adcock claiming it was a photograph of the 2 pugs Autumn and
Isaac she had placed with them. These were two elderly pugs,rescued and
fostered by Hollie Adcock, and then LBOH offered to take them in. Since
then, they've been telling Hollie and anyone who will listen. that that
both dogs are well and happy, living at LBOH - usually at their feet as
they type their FABRICATIONS.
This is a photograph of 2 pugs, Nick and Cali, from the Pug
Web Page, click on "Gallery" on the right side, scroll to the bottom,
and click on the thumbnail of Nick and Cali for an enlargement. (Since
Bev & Marci lifted the thumbnail pic directly off this site, it could
not be enlarged so that the Pugs could be clearly seen or identified).
We have, by the way, advised the owner of Nick and Cali as to what has
happened, he confirms this photo is of his dogs and he has given us permission
to use it.

XXXX, HI. I have written to Marcie..
I asked her if a lady could visit their home (for me) she knows nothing
of whats happening just an outsider & see & photograph Autumn &
Issiac, Poogie, & two dogs for Gail.
I have got no responce.. I also
asked for a larger picture of the one they sent me of the Pugs.. no responce...
I'll wait a bit longer... I'll let you know..

A Note From Hollie Adcock after
learning of the fake photograph. The way Bev & Marci have treated Hollie
is especially cruel in that, not only did she love these Pugs dearly, but
the Pug Autumn is actually named after Hollie's own daughter, Autumn Adcock.

THINK they are getting away with it!

Autumn are not there.. But I want to know where they are, if they found

These 2 women are cruel and can
only be doing all this to hurt - both the dogs and the people who placed
them there. Their friend Karen Franklin wrote in November:
"They know it drives you crazy
when they tell you fibs and make things up, thats why they do it, and then
they laugh at all the emails about them, but you keep egging them on, and
it will continue."
Irregardless, we still don't know
what happened to these dogs - or any of the dogs unaccounted for at LBOH
- where are they? Where have they gone??? -
