A flyer was posted in at least one restaurant in the Hattieburg area in early May, 2002, as follows:

"Pet Grooming by Beverly Greenwood and Monique Duval 601-734-6063"
"People-N-Pets Club Organizational Meeting May 2, 2002, at the Lincoln County
Courthouse room 201. This is an ornganizational meeting and interest session
for establishing a new 4-H club dedicated to training service dogs.
 4-H clubs are open to all youth ages 8-18.
