On March 22, 2000, a message regarding dogs available for adoption from "Pets and People's Rainbow Connection" is circulating around the internet - the majority of dogs on the list are puppies available for adoption for $45, as noted in their Adoption Form.  In the same message, they ask about other dogs. Do not be fooled - this is still the same people operating out of Ovett, Mississippi.   The same people who have been looking for young, intact dogs over the months.  Is it a coincidence that they now have so many puppies for sale?
